Here are some reasons why our approach and culture is unique.
We are not a factory.
Never have been. So, if our larger Indian software companies are
hiring 5000 employees a month, then that's not really us. At Trisoft,
the CEO, CTO, COO and other managers KNOW each and every employee
that joins us, works with us, and we stay in touch with them when
they leave.
Our size is our biggest strength
What this means is that if you, the customer, want flexibility
in your projects e.g., changes in spec, or additions to the team,
or have tight deadlines that require team members to work 14 hours
a day, we can make it happen. That is because our CEO, CTO, COO
are hands-on, take decisions instantly, and are there to motivate
and drive the engineers working on your project.
Our competition may require that your request travels from the
project manager in Delhi, to the GM of Projects in Bangalore who
escalates it to the Project Review Board in Chennai, who eventually
take a decision that takes another three days to travel back to
you the customer! Phew.
Our standards are high
We don't hire in the thousands. When we find that the
people we interview but do not hire, end up working at our competition,
we know that we are doing something right! Since boutique firms
like ours require that each and every employee delivers from day
one, we ensure that we hire people with a minimum of two years
of experience who are off the blocks instantly.
Of course, when our competition ends up hiring 1000 employees
per month each, they are bound to lower their standards. It's
a numbers game after all where managers get judged on filling
in the empty seats for that "75 member project team" for customer
number 183.
The personal touch, is it worth it ?
We don't add 1000 customers to our roster every year, we add between
10 - 20. Of these customers, at least half come to us through
referrals. We believe that our customers "like" working with us
because we add that something extra to every endeavour.
