Trisoft Systems guns for a triple, gets SEI-CMMI Maturity Level
3 Certification
New Delhi - March 01, 2006
Trisoft Systems has today earned a SEI-CMMI Level 3 maturity rating
in accordance with the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI)
Capability Maturity Model. Developed by the Software Engineering
Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, CMMI is an internationally
recognized method for evaluating and measuring the maturity of
an organization's software development processes. A CMMI Level
3 rating means that Trisoft Systems has established effective,
well-defined processes and procedures in project management and
software development that meet CMMI requirements. A team of independent
evaluators from CyberQ Consultanting, certified by the SEI, performed
the assessment in conjunction with Trisoft Systems personnel.
"This assessment validates that we do business in a defined manner
that enables us to consistently deliver high-quality software
products on time and within budget," said Maneesh Batra, CEO of
Trisoft Systems. "We have found that by adopting the SEI CMMI
processes model we have been able to better meet the needs of
our customers. Achieving CMMI Level 3 brings great recognition
to our organization and the men and women who work hard every
day to meet-and exceed-our customers' expectations."
"This year Trisoft Systems has become a Microsoft Gold Certified
Partner, a Microsoft Managed Partner, a CMMI Level 3 rated company
and in addition, we are a strategic vendor for the Visual Studio
team at Microsoft Redmond. What a great way to celebrate ten years
of being in business," said Hemant C. Sharma, Chairman and Managing
Director of Trisoft Systems.
