Hemant C. Sharma - Chairman and Managing Director
Hemant has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry starting
with his stint at Microsoft as part of the Visual Basic product
development team in Redmond. He also established the Microsoft Consulting
practice and the Product Support Services Divisions in India. In
his various roles, he has interfaced with customers, government
bodies and industry associations to create a strong brand for Trisoft
worldwide.
Umesh Ranjan - Director Marketing
Umesh has a rich experience of 30 years in the IT domain in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Large Account Management and in building strong relationships with customers. He has played key organizational roles in companies like HCL, Olivetti, Arabic Computers, Bahwan Cybertech and Accel ICIM.
Atanu Ghose - Director - Enterprise Solutions
Atanu has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry.
He has spent 10 years with Taylor Instrument Co. in Process Control
and Automation where he was designed Embedded Systems and Instrumentation.
Thereafter, Atanu spent 12 years with Olivetti India as their Vice-President,
R&D and Solutions. During this role, Atanu played a major role as
a pioneer in the IT industry in India wherein his team built enterprise
applications and designed solutions for leading banks and blue-chip
companies in India. This was followed by a 2-year stint with PriceWaterhouseCoopers
as their ERP Practice Head. In this capacity, Atanu has played a
major role in building corporate ERP strategies for companies such
as IOC, Goodyear and Bangladesh Power. Atanu has also spent a year
as CTO of a leading Indian "Call-center" business, as well as consulted
for the World Bank on the UP Water Resource Reforms project.
Adarsh Seth - Director - Operations
Adarsh Seth brings with him over 35 years of experience spanning
various technology based industries. He was Joint-Director of Olivetti's
Services business in India. Prior to that, he was running Xerox's
colour printer business. And more recently, where he was heading
up key functions in BPO and the Telecom industries. Adarsh looks
after Human Resources and Resourcing, both very critical functions
in our fast growing business.
